We are the First Farmers Agency in North Carolina, Great opportunity to get onboard with a National Carrier in a Growth state!
Insurance Sales Producer will earn $40,000 - $80,000 a year!
Prior sales experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train and invest in the right individual.

You must be able to obtain your Property and Casualty License to start.
Not licensed yet? No problem. We are happy to endorse and support the right candidate and guide you along the process to obtain your Property and Casualty License.
Responsibilities :
- Acquire 30-50 new accounts per month
- Execute our referral program with every new client
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements :
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Create relationships from a cold start
- Be a fantastic presenter
- Proficiency in sales, and follow-up
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
