IT Engineer - Infrastructure
Our client a leading medical devices manufacturing company is looking for an IT Engineer - Infrastructure in Torrance, CA location.
This position is for 3 months of contract to start
Position title : IT Engineer - Infrastructure
Location : Torrance, CA
Duration : 3 months
Shift : Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
Duties and Responsibilities :
Discover and analyze regional business requirements
Generate, Deploy, and Integrate solutions using standard IT tools and processes.
Provide level 3 and 4 engineering support of deployed environment
Engineer and perform complex Infrastructure migrations
Support and maintain on-premises Infrastructure servers and cloud hosting
Provide Updates to Regional Business and IT Team on Infrastructure Roadmaps
Global Infrastructure Design and Architecture
Global Infrastructure Server and Hosting Migrations
Build and Automation of Global Infrastructure Server and Hosting
Global Infrastructure Monitoring and Optimization
Incident Resolution, Patching, and Performance Tuning
Routine Infrastructure cost and efficiency analysis and enhancements
Minimum Qualifications :
1+ years of Data Center and Infrastructure experience.
3+ years of IT Infrastructure Servers & Network support experience.
3+ years of Microsoft Enterprise Stack (Administration, AD, ADFS, DFS, GPO, SCCM).
3+ years of experience in Hyper-V or VMware Infrastructure.
Key Skills and Attributes :
Microsoft Certifications, MCSA, MCSE, MCP
Azure Certifications, e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Engineer, or Solutions Architect Expert.
Experience with configuring Palo Alto, Silver Peaks and Cisco Meraki networking devices.
Preferred Industry Certifications - CompTIA; Microsoft, Cisco, DELL, etc.
Ability and willingness to travel as required
