Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
A Local Bank in Hillsboro, OR is hiring a Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Candidate to join the team for a great opportunity!
Responsibilities :
- Greet and redirect employees, visitors and vendors as required (in person or by phone)
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access to include, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges, etc.
- Submit facilities requests via an internal ticketing system to ensure that all reported requests are monitored and completed
- Manage the in-office hoteling program and meeting spaces calendar
- Set up desks for new employees, maintain hoteling stations, and confirm employee seat assignments
- Support office relocations and escalate facilities situations as they arise to vendor
- Support workplace programs and seek opportunities for improvement
- Maintain stock of general employee supply stations
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- 1-2+ years of administrative or receptionist experience
- Efficient, well-organized, able to effectively prioritize to manage a variety of duties
- Strong business communication skills; able to write / speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
- Familiarity with financial institution core systems is a plus
