Position Overview for the Senior Program Manager
- This position is directly responsible for assessing and implementing the plan outlined for a defined scope project for licensed pharmacy spaces system-wide.
- The scope of this project includes conducting gap analysis, remediation, and commissioning of approved new security technology hardware and software at all licensed pharmaceutical spaces.
- This position will require some travel to the site locations, which include approximately 33 sites across Northern California.
Required Skills for the Senior Program Manager :
- 8+ years of program management experience
- Proficient in technical security design standards and able to effectively integrate into all Pharmacy-related capital improvement projects through new development, expansion, renovation and / or retrofitting.
- Previous experience integrating with Facility & Property Services, Information Services, and Pharmacy Project team members at the earliest phases of design
