JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis & Insights Specialist to join our team, dedicated to providing advanced data analysis and strategic insights to support our business goals.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in business analysis and data interpretation, utilizing their expertise to develop analytical models, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making processes through comprehensive reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
This contract role is integral to enhancing business performance and driving meaningful change within our organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights, driving informed business decisions.
Develop analytical models to assess business performance and highlight improvement areas.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and support their decision-making.
Manage analytical projects from start to finish, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Superb communication skills, with a track record of effectively presenting to senior stakeholders.
Industry Experience Required : Prior experience in business and data analysis, preferably in a consulting or contractor capacity, within Data Science, Finance, or related fields.
An advanced degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
