Responsibilities :
- Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
- Take incoming sales calls and respond to incoming internet leads
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features in the showroom and on the lot
- Conduct a needs analysis and provide customer with vehicle options
- Share purchase and lease options and complete price quotes
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Complete paperwork with customer and provide vehicle walk around at delivery
- Follow up with customer after the sale
Qualifications :
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Proven sales track record
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background, drug)
