Sales Representative
Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, also unexperience people can get on the job training and learn about sales and the basics of the roofing / siding industry and be able to excell at a quick rate! Excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the best roofing solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads through various methods, including door knocking, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Customer Consultation : Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs, provide product information, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Work Environment :
- Primarily field-based with regular travel to client sites.
- Some office work for administrative tasks and meetings.
Required qualifications :
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
Preferred qualifications :
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Own a personal vehicle
