Overview
The Manager of our Labor and Delivery will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient care experience. You will champion policies that prioritize patient wellbeing while upholding the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities :
- Orchestrate daily procedures ensuring seamless coordination.
- Cultivate a wellstaffed engaged team across all departments under your purview.
- Champion productivity while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Address concerns proactively and comprehensively from QA to patient feedback.
- Play a key role in the selection development and support of our talented staff.
- Uphold hospital policies while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptation.
- Spearhead costeffective practices without compromising patient care.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.
Qualifications :
- Must possess a Bachelors degree in nursing healthcare business or administration with a Masters Degree highly preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or fulltime charge nurse / related position.
- 2 years of experience in Critical Care
- Registered Nurse in Washington / Compact RN or possess the ability to obtain a RN License upon hire
- CPR Certification.
