A law firm seeks a seasoned Attorney to join its personal injury practice in Dayton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will manage a large docket of personal injury cases in a dynamic and professional setting.

Duties

Investigate case facts and develop evidence for damages.
Maintain communication with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives.
Collaborate with teams to achieve firm objectives.

Requirements

Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.

2-5 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury practice.

Experience in insurance defense or claims handling is advantageous.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Knowledge of Needles case management software preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Superior negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

Licensed to practice law in Ohio.

Skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
