Job Description
We are looking for Entry Level Business Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Develop project scope, schedule, and requirements; and generate technical documents for developers to execute
- Analyze financial and operating information to develop data to answer the questions that are being asked by the department leaders, affiliated dental groups, and business units.
- Participate and lead planning and development sessions to identify data that is required to complete analysis to answer the posed business question(s).
- Processes and procedures both across and within the mortgage servicing team
- Develop a streamlined process flow based off of both technology and industry expertise
- Generate cost / benefit analyses and business impact analyses for executive leadership
- Responsibly set up and host regular conference meetings between relevant developer and project management teams to keep projects on track and within budget
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- 0-1 year of experience
- Good leadership potential and an ability to keep meetings on track, on time, and on target
- Good time manager, able to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines
