About The Position
Job Title : Physician Job Specialty : Hospitalist Job Duration : 12 months Shift : 12-hour shifts, rotate call; willing to work 7 consecutive shifts, preferably 2 weeks per month Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum years of experience not specified License : Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (BC in ABIM or FM) Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends Job Description : - Seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our team, dedicated to teaching and mentoring the next generations of physicians.
- Engage with all aspects of the hospital, from medical education to hospital operations.- Handle 16-20 patient visits per day for each physician.
- Work 10 and 12-hour physician shifts with a 7 on / 7 off block schedule.- Join a team with 2 dedicated nocturnists.- Work in a closed ICU setting without procedures.
- Utilize Meditech EMR for electronic medical records.- Be open to participating in a phone interview with site directors.
- The locum need is equivalent to 2 full-time equivalents (FTEs).
