RESPONSIBILITIES About the Insurance Sales Job : Range : $40,000 - $100,000 based on an hourly wage and commissions Bilingual : English / Spanish Deliver great customer service to customers in-person and over the phone from a retail office location Enroll new clients into health, supplemental, dental, and vision insurance plans Assist existing clients with questions related to their insurance coverage, payment issues, obtaining the appropriate health insurance tax forms, access to care etc.

Navigate through multiple software applications with attention to details Stay up to date with training, resources and support to meet and exceed sales goals All insurance sales agents must meet a monthly sales quota to remain in good standing within the company and to maintain the position QUALIFICATIONS Collective : Choice is a dynamic working environment with driven, self-motivated employees helping people who seek financial security.

You can earn an hourly wage plus commissions, sales bonuses, incentives, prizes, company-sponsored events, and insurance carrier-sponsored trips.

You determine your income because there is no cap on commissions. We offer opportunities for unlimited earning potential and professional growth.

You may apply for this position without a Health and Accident License. If you are not licensed, however, you can earn a $300 bonus upon passing your state exam to become a licensed insurance agent within 30 days of your start date.

Collective : Choice will also sponsor your pre-licensing course and up to a maximum of two exam attempts. Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
