Job Title : Tech Lead (Data Engineering)

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Blue Ash, OH

Required Pay Scale : $70-$75 / hr

Due to client requirements this role is open for visa candidates

New Opening – Data Engineering (Customer Experience | Data & Analytics Team)

This time around, the client is focused on candidates with  strong technical leadership experience  and the  ability to bridge communication  between business and engineering teams.

Key Instructions :

  • Share resume with video screening availability.
  • Only local candidates who can attend onsite interviews in Cincinnati, OH (Blue Ash).
  • This is a  12-month contract  role
  • Work Setup :  Hybrid – Onsite Monday–Thursday (Blue Ash, OH 45241).

Profile Preferences :

We're looking for candidates with clear  career progression  and  relevant leadership titles  (e.g., Technical Lead, Lead Data Engineer, Data Architect, etc.).

Non-Negotiables :

  • Proven experience as a  Technical Lead
  • Hands-on expertise in  Databricks  and  Azure Synapse  (Spark-based data processing)
  • Experience with  Lakehouse architecture
  • Advanced  BI skills  (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics)
  • Experience with  Unity Catalog
  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Data Engineer Associate
  • Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional

    • Interview Process :

  • Pre-screen with 5 custom data engineering questions (specific to this opening)
  • ONSITE Interview with Hiring Manager
  • Follow-up interview with 2–3 team members
