Responsibilities :
- Lead all aspects of tax strategy and planning
- Take ownership for monitoring the accuracy of all federal tax compliance and tax accounting activities
- Supervise the State & Local and Property Tax functions
- Play a key role in impactful projects including acquisition, joint venture and entity structuring
- Build the tax department’s reputation within the company, creating a deep partnership between tax and all other divisions in the company
