Practice Highlights

• Option for 4-day work week
• $40,000 starting bonus + relocation

Required Qualifications :

• Board certified in Pulmonology at the time of employment
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine
• Board eligible in Sleep Medicine at time of employment
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR

Washington Residents Only : T he salary range for Washington residents is $317,883 to $505,629 per year. Salar y Range is defined as total cash compensation at target.

The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
