Our well established and well regarded Atlanta Firm is seeking a litigation attorney with 3-7 years of relevant experience.

This is a busy law firm with lots of work. If you can work independently but enjoy mentorship this is a good fit for you.

Work directly with clients and develop relationships. If you are a stellar associate, you will be rewarded. The firm is very collaborative in nature with an employee first culture.

Qualifications :

3-7 years’ Litigation experience. (our firm has many practice areas)
Written discovery, taking and defending depositions
Proficiency drafting briefs, pleadings, and motions
Trial preparation and active participation in trials
Attend mediations, court hearings, and negotiation settlements
Member of the GA bar
