CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR
This Clinical Research position is a part time role in Macon, GA this role will not offer relocation expenses.
20hrs / week, M-F
Job Description :
Looking to hire a clinical research coordinator to support an ongoing clinical trial. This CRC must be experienced in working independently.
Duties will include community and physician outreach, along with recruitment via chart review, phone screening, media referral processing.
Please note, as the position and study progress, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description.
A candidate must help the site and study where needed depending on the specific assignment.
Responsibilities :
- Chart review & Phone screening
- Community outreach
- Physician outreach
- Data entry, Query resolution
- Media referral processing
- Medical record retrieval
- Scheduling appointments
- Any study efforts deemed necessary by the site
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2+ year in a Clinical Research Coordinator role
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Experience in patient recruitment & patient outreach
- In-depth understanding of department, protocol, and study specific procedures
- Experience with data extraction from source documents & assist with query resolution
- Proficiency in MS Windows & office applications
- A minimum of 1-2+ years clinical research experience
