The Customer Service Representative is crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences by effectively managing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting relevant products and services.
This hybrid role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in navigating various technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls promptly, greet customers courteously, and maintain a professional demeanor throughout interactions.
- Verify customer identities by requesting necessary personal information and ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols.
- Listen attentively to customers, demonstrating empathy to understand their needs and concerns effectively.
- Provide comprehensive information about bank policies, products, and services, assisting with online banking processes as needed.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly by analyzing account history and transaction records.
Job Skills / Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, phone systems, and relevant software applications.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay Range
$18-$19 / hour.
