Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with strong OASIS and HCHB experience for a remote home health chart review role requiring an active CA PT license.

Responsibilities Remote position focused on home health OASIS chart review and processing chart tasks 3-4

Work schedule is four 8-hour day shifts per week, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm, including one weekend day

Assignment length is 13 weeks

Primary duties are in the back office, reviewing OASIS and processing HCHB documentation

On-call rotation is required

Virtual training includes a 3-hour onboarding session

Timely and effective communication and documentation are expected

Former permanent employees must have a 6-month separation and HR approval to be eligible

Travel pairs accepted; each traveler must have their own territory and transportation

Locals are accepted for this position

All requested time off must be submitted with initial application

Requirements Active California PT license required

Minimum 1 year of relevant PT experience

Experience as a back office OASIS reviewer is required

Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS is required

Current BCLS certification required

Experience with home health setting is required

Must have an active driver’s license and access to personal transportation

Must complete a Hospice / Home Health Checklist for consideration
