Job Title : Hotel General Manager
Position Summary : The Hotel General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests.
They should be an ambassador for the brand. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations, and guest satisfaction.
The Hotel General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the hotel operations, including creating and maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction, developing a strong team of associates, and achieving financial and operational objectives which include driving results in a competitive market and controlling costs.
Responsible for managing the hotel's management team and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A General Manager would also be required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.
- Experience in all primary hotel departments including General Management, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, Finance, and Rooms.
- Must be results-driven and experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to manage results through Department Heads through team building and leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of financial accountability to property management group and ownership.
- Ability to communicate corporate goals and execute company objectives to management, peers, and employees.

Qualifications :
- The Hotel General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support for the operation's success.
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Branded Hotel General Manager
- The Hotel General Manager must have a proven track record in the hotel industry demonstrating achievement of outstanding profit and guest service-related goals.
- The Hotel General Manager must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
