Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, handle financial performance, and drive marketing and sales efforts. Essential Functions : Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values.
Manage employee relations and adhere to HR policies; seek HR assistance as needed. Assist with budget development and strategic planning, including marketing and sales for referrals.
Maintain strong relationships with physicians and payers, and ensure center profitability. Supervise staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient caseload management.
Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and manage scheduling. Maintain clinic cleanliness and handle administrative tasks.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Maintain accurate employee files and participate in compliance meetings.
Conduct quality assurance audits and complete required training. Treatment : Adhere to state Practice Act and provide skilled patient care.
Maintain thorough and timely documentation. Engage in ongoing education and research as needed. Additional Responsibilities : Serve as a role model and resource for peers.
Assist with general maintenance and customer service duties. Stay updated on healthcare changes and perform other assigned duties.
Required Skills & Abilities : Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Effective leadership and team management.
Proficiency in Windows-based systems and clinical problem-solving. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
Good visual acuity and auditory skills for patient care and documentation. Fine motor skills for handling equipment and documentation.
Required Credentials : Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical or occupational therapy program. State licensure / registration as applicable.
