Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused contractor to join the Creative & Optimization Strategy team for a 3-month engagement. This role will play a critical part in driving efficiencies across our team by managing key workflows, supporting reporting, and helping to establish scalable processes. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is skilled at balancing detail-oriented execution with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Asset Handoffs : Ensure smooth and timely transfer of creative assets between teams, maintaining alignment and clarity on requirements.
• Update & Maintain Reporting : Manually update reports and dashboards to keep performance tracking accurate and actionable.
• Drive Efficiencies & Automation : Identify gaps in current processes and implement solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability (including automation where possible).
• Process Support : Establish and document workflows that enhance collaboration and reduce bottlenecks.
• Stakeholder & Project Management : Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met and communications remain clear and consistent.
