This is a high-impact role focused on identifying opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and helping secure complex, large-scale projects. What You’ll Do :

• Drive business development efforts across the commercial, industrial, and mission-critical sectors
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan
• Generate new client relationships and maintain existing ones
• Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective clients
• Work closely with leadership to meet growth goals
• Travel throughout the region to build relationships and close deals
