Position : Elementary School Special Education Teacher

Location : Hyde Park, MA

Start Date : 2025–2026 School Year

An elementary school in Hyde Park is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). This role involves providing inclusion support within general education classrooms and direct instruction when needed.

Responsibilities :

Deliver specialized instruction and inclusion support for students with IEPs

Manage special education programming, documentation, and compliance

Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators

Participate in coaching, professional development, and school initiatives

Uphold high academic and behavioral expectations for all students

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree required

At least 2 years of full-time teaching experience (urban setting preferred)

Valid or eligible Massachusetts Special Education license (within one year of hire)

Strong belief in student potential and commitment to continuous growth

Collaborative and team-oriented mindset

Applicants must have current U.S. work authorization.
