Job Description :
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Hercules, CA. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students with diverse learning needs, creating individualized education plans (IEPs) and providing the support necessary to help them succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide direct instruction to students in both individual and group settings, modifying lessons as necessary to meet students' needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure students' educational goals are met.
- Assess students' progress regularly and make adjustments to instructional methods as needed.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- municate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and goals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support the overall success of each student.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field.
- Valid Special Education teaching certification in the state of California.
- Experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong munication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to students' unique needs.
