Job Description :

Reports to : Executive Minister

Job Status : Full-Time (40+ hours weekly)

Salary : Range 40-50k

Vansant Church of Christ is seeking a Family Minister / Family Ministry Director to lead our children's ministry, youth ministry, and family discipleship programs. This role will equip parents, mentor students, and develop a unified ministry strategy from birth through 12th grade that helps families grow in their faith and live out our mission of Connecting People to Jesus

Key Responsibilities :

Lead children's ministry, youth ministry, and family discipleship programs.
Equip parents as the primary spiritual leaders in their homes.
Recruit, train, and encourage volunteer leaders.
Plan and teach Bible-based lessons for kids and students.
Organize family and community outreach events.

Qualifications :

Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Experience in children's ministry youth ministry , or family ministry

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to teach, mentor, and work well in a team.
