Job Status : Full-Time (40+ hours weekly)

Salary : Range 40-50k

Vansant Church of Christ is seeking a Family Minister / Family Ministry Director to lead our children's ministry, youth ministry, and family discipleship programs. This role will equip parents, mentor students, and develop a unified ministry strategy from birth through 12th grade that helps families grow in their faith and live out our mission of Connecting People to Jesus

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead children's ministry, youth ministry, and family discipleship programs.
• Equip parents as the primary spiritual leaders in their homes.
• Recruit, train, and encourage volunteer leaders.
• Plan and teach Bible-based lessons for kids and students.
• Organize family and community outreach events.
