Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

StartDate : 12 / 9 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1874.46 - $2159.71

13 week assignment on day shift in an outpatient environment for a PT or OT with treating Lymphedma patients. Must have some experience doing body wrapping for both upper and lower extremities.

Current compact license or Wisconsin license required.

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Licenses : PT(Compact Accepted)

Certifications : BLS

Occupational Therapist, Outpatient

Licenses : OT-WI

Certifications : BLS

Scrub Colors : professional casual

Lymphedema experience

Compact license or current Wisconsin license for Rehabilitation
