Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets. Sales and Proposal Development : Collaborate with clients to understand their AV requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
Project Management : Oversee the execution of AV projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with internal teams, including design engineers, technicians, and installers, to ensure successful project implementation.
Market Research and Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AV market.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the audiovisual or technology industry.Strong understanding of AV technology, including audio systems, video conferencing, digital signage, and control systems.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
