Description
- Engage with customers and assisting them with finding the products they are most interested while enhancing their shopping experience by providing new product highlights and specials
- Build customer confidence in their purchase by providing information on Patricia Nash Designs product and advising them on their purchases
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals on a monthly basis
- Accurately document and report sales
- Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to retail support
- Responsible for submitting all reports completely and accurately
Performance Measurements :
- Shift attendance and timeliness
- Meet established monthly / weekly sales goals
- Customer / client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and retail sales
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Requirements :
- Use mobile device to clock in / out each shift using store Wi-Fi
- Work nights, weekend, and holidays
- One year of retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Video interview within 24 hours of screening
- Background check
