- No call obligation
- 14-16 patients per day
- Daily Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm
- Wound Treatment Assistants available per provider
- Chronic wound & ostomy management : evaluation and assessment, diagnosis, treatment, including debridement of wounds and application of appropriate dressings, establish plan of care and maintain continuous treatment
- Nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available
