Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Growth and Product teams to analyze user behavior and optimize effortsDevelop data science models to inform business strategy and enhance customer experiencesLead and mentor the Data Science team while collaborating with engineering and product development teamsRequired QualificationsExperience in predictive modeling and inferential statisticsFamiliarity with causal inference methods and related model buildingStrong skills in SQL, Pandas, and data visualizationBasic understanding of deep learning concepts and architecturesBSc or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field;
a graduate degree in Data Science is preferred
