Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize credit risk strategies for SME business loans, including risk ratings and policy rulesExecute strategy development processes, including data preparation, analysis, and impact analysisMonitor macroeconomic indicators and develop stress scenarios for testing credit strategiesRequired Qualifications and Education3+ years of credit risk experience in the unsecured lending industryHands-on experience in credit risk analysis, risk modeling, or loss forecastingMaster's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related analytical fieldsProficient in Python, R, SQL, and advanced ExcelExperience with Tableau or other BI tools
