Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing 70 direct reports and 4 production managers
- Will manage the welding / fabrication department, machining and deburring department
- Will make sure the plant and operations are running smoothly within the company
- Will oversee a 1 shift operation and set production goals and metrics
- Will have full P+L responsibility
Key Requirements
- Heavy metals background
- Great communication skills
- Previous P+L experience
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree is required
