We operate fully onsite in Aventura, FL. Please only apply if you are comfortable working onsite Monday- Friday 9am-6pm

As a Warehouse Manager at Grant Cardone Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

You will be responsible for managing a team, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring that inventory and shipping operations are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse procedures to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess or obsolete items.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline warehouse operations.
• Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and make informed decisions to scale the growing business.
• Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
• Experience in E-commerce / Shopify is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
