Requirements for our caregivers serving our Hospice and Post Accute Clients :
- Experience working with Clients on Hospice, or recovering from injury or illness
- Have your HCA registration, or eligible for HCA (Ability to pass a background check & TB test)
- Have reliable transportation, and are committed to excellent care for you clients.
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :
- Provide personal care, and comfort to our hospice and post accute care clients.
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
