There is a lot of opportunity for growth for the ideal candidate. This ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of helping execute successful marketing content. This candidates focus will be on short form content primarily on Instagram and Tiktok.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly content plans based on company goals, trends, and competitor research.
• Analyze social media metrics to identify what’s performing, what’s not, and how to optimize.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and use insights to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns across departments.
• Write copy, create visuals, and edit short-form content.
• Support and guide the execution-focused Content Creator on daily deliverables.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and storytelling across platforms.
• Use data and performance insights to optimize content for engagement, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
