About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist (PT) Job Specialty : Outpatient Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Days, 12-hour shifts (7 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday;
7 : 00 am to 11 : 30 am Tuesday; 7 : 00 am to 11 : 00 am) Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week Experience : - Physical Therapy Experience - Required- Outpatient Experience - Required- Women's Health Experience - Preferred- Open to New Graduates License : Michigan PT License Certifications : BLS (American Heart Association) Must-Have : - EPIC experience noted in profile (include experiences within the last year) Job Description : Focus on preventing and healing injuries and disabilities affecting daily tasks.
- Support patients with sports injuries, amputations, joint replacements, back and neck pain, headaches, and neurological conditions.
- Assist in improving mobility, balance, range of motion, or endurance.- Help in reducing pain and preventing injuries by teaching safer movement practices.
- Encourage and aid patients in returning to normal daily activities.Please submit your application along with work history, a skills checklist pertinent to the specialty within the last year, two supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years, and licensure certifications.
Candidates should not have a permanent address within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
