We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) finance professional with a master’s degree in finance and a minimum of six years of experience in leading and managing financial processes, particularly within insurance companies.
The position is responsible for supervising staff, developing, analyzing, and controlling operating budgets, preparing budget modifications, implementing fiscal programs and procedures, managing fiscal processes (including budget, finance, and cost accounting), and overseeing invoice processing.
Additionally, this role includes managing administrative functions such as overseeing the preparation of periodic financial reports and annual returns, providing fiscal support to C-suite executives and AOC management, advising on the budgetary impact of contractual obligations, and interacting with vendors and other fiscal officers.
Responsibilities also encompass conducting financial and programmatic research, data entry and spreadsheet development, staff training, and making presentations.
