System Analyst
Job Title : Systems Analyst III (Remote)
Location : Texas
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform cost / benefit analysis of alternatives.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
- Confer with personnel to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements.
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- Review system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations.
Minimum Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
- 8+ years of experience in system diagramming and system architecture.
- 8+ years of experience providing technical expertise to aid in decision making and problem resolution.
- 8+ years of experience with integrating COTS systems.
- Proficiency in relational database mapping and migration.
