- Managing Client Relationships
- Primavera Scheduling
- Contractor Quality Control Programs
- Management of all project team members (Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinator)
- Developing Construction Work Plans with Superintendents & Foremen
- 100% Detailed / hands-on knowledge of Project Scope
- Cost Control / Billings / Collections / Change Management / Monthly Status Reports
- Complete understating of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting
- Accountable for project completion and financials, Critical Success Factors, & Customer Satisfaction Results

The Successful Applicant
Commercial Construction Project Manager - Sacramento, CA
- 5+ years with relevant experience in public works, DSA, or OSHPD construction
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as project management, business administration, engineering, and / or construction management
- Experience in coordinating project activities , assisting the Director of Construction or Senior Project Manager
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and their tasks, milestones and deliverables
- Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore
