Are you a driven sales professional who loves helping homeowners bring their vision to life? Join Blackdog Builders' award-winning Total Basement Finishing team as a Basement Finishing Sales Specialist. You'll sell high-value, custom basement projects that transform wasted space into dream spaces ~ all while representing the most trusted name and exclusive products in the industry.

The Job

  • Close sales that meet our Gross Profit Margin, client satisfaction, and booking targets
  • Run pre-qualified, company-generated leads ~ no cold calling
  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
  • Build rapport, uncover goals, and design custom solutions
  • Present detailed proposals and designs
  • Hand off closed sales packages to production
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • 100% commission role after training period

    • What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven outside sales success (must have)
  • Background in residential real estate, home improvement, inspection, or windows / siding / roofing a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven closer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
