Senior plant manager
We are a top worldwide supplier of cutting-edge designed solutions for the aerospace sector. Our ideal applicant will have 10+ years of Plant Management expertise and experience providing leadership cross functionally around the Plant.
You will ensure compliance with EHS regulations, manage P&L targets, and assist in the forecasting of plant and production needs.

Must Haves
- 10+ years of experience in Plant Management
- 10+ years of experience managing full P&L of $500M or more
- 10+ years of experience with manufacturing environment
- Experience with EHS regulations
- Experience with managing plant of 700 people
- Bachelors Degree (must have)

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations required for operations.
- Maintain high levels of employee engagement through regular meetings and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement strategic plans using tools like Hoshin.
- Manage hiring and headcount planning in coordination with the Campus HR team.
- Work with the Campus EHS team to continuously minimize workplace risks and environmental impacts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve P&L targets.
- Oversee Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Maintenance functions, with a focus on quality, on-time delivery, productivity, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
- Prepare for and lead monthly business reviews with Senior Management teams.
