As an Overnight Shift Leader at GetGo, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and satisfaction of customers and team members during the night shift.
Job Description
- Experience Required : 1 to 3 years
- Experience Desired : Supervisory Experience, Customer Service / Retail Experience
- Education Desired : High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or Licensing Preferred : Food Safety
- Lifting Requirement : Up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement : At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of team members, customers, and products as a top priority.
- Provide efficient and pleasant food services, as well as guidance and coaching to team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Share warmth and passion for service to create a fast, friendly culture.
- Oversee new team member training and ensure efficient operations.
- Provide training and leadership to hourly team members.
- Monitor competitor pricing and address equipment issues.
- Assist with scheduling, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Be the face of the store at the registers, providing exemplary service.
- Nurture an environment of inclusion and diversity.
