HumCap's client, a growing SaaS company in the financial technology space, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their team in Southlake, TX.
With offices in New York, the UK, and a growing presence in the DFW area, the company is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge fintech solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a key SaaS product and drive its continued success and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full lifecycle of a SaaS fintech product, from strategy and development to launch and ongoing performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment with market needs and business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to continuously improve product features and functionality.
- Define product roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and solve complex business challenges through innovative fintech solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to track product performance and drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of managing SaaS products in the fintech industry.
- Proven experience delivering successful fintech solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams, including those in the UK and New York.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies.
