Opportunity for an ambitious Civil Engineer interested in helping lead and shape a growing Transportation project team in Indy.
Role can work for someone at the Sr Project Engineer, Project Manager or someone to function as a Transportation Practice Lead level, depending on what role you prefer and where you want to take your career.
Great team of Transportation pros to collaborate with, and firm is the perfect size. Big enough to provide all the support needed, but still focused regionally and far from the kind of role where you'd be a forgotten number.
Current team includes a group of sharp younger engineers, and Senior level support coming from other offices but we need someone to help lead and mentor the group.
You can put your stamp on leading and building out the Transportation practice & team in Indy unique opportunity. Are you an experienced Engineer stuck behind others but ready to move into Project Management and helping the team?
Already a PM and ready to start leading engineers on a broader level but don't have the opportunity in current role?
Salary target of $100-145K (flexible) +Bonus +profit sharing, and great benefits. Work from home 2 days per week if desired.
REQUIRED
- Civil Engineering degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in transportation and road related projects
- Excellent communication skills
