This attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of employment, real estate, and other general commercial litigation matters. This attorney will :
- Work directly with the general counsel with assistance from the legal department’s excellent support staff.
- Advise internal company employees on legal questions pertaining to property management.
- Review and revise leases, property management forms, contracts, and other documents.
- Advise on a range of state and federal employment matters.
- Assist with commercial, real estate, and general litigation.
Qualifications :
- This attorney must be admitted to the CA state bar.
- The ideal attorney will have some real estate, employment, or other civil litigation experience.
- The company prides itself on their collaborative culture. All employees must be willing to work 100% onsite.
