Qualifications
Job Description : As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll be the superhero behind the scenes, supporting our patients on their journey to recovery.
Here's what you'll be doing :
- Be the Backbone : Assist our incredible physical therapy team by preparing treatment areas and equipment, ensuring everything is ready to go for each therapy session.
- Empower Patients : Guide patients through exercises and therapeutic activities, offering encouragement and support every step of the way.
- Team Player : Collaborate with therapists and assistants to provide seamless care, making sure our patients receive the best possible treatment.
- Make a Difference : Witness the progress and success of our patients firsthand, knowing that your hard work and dedication played a crucial role in their journey to wellness.
Requirements :
- Passion for Helping Others : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Team Spirit : Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required.
- People Skills : Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with patients and team members alike.
- Can-Do Attitude : Energetic, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
