We are expanding our team and seeking a Associate Data Scientist who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and innovative solutions.

Job Summary :

The Associate Data Scientist will be responsible for managing and analyzing large sets of data, creating algorithms, and developing predictive models that help solve complex business problems.

This role requires a blend of technical prowess, analytical expertise, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement data models and algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to predict patterns and extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
  • Develop company A / B testing framework and test model quality.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
  • Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers.
  • Stay current with the latest technology trends and apply cutting-edge methods to business problems.

Required Skills :

  • Proficiency in statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
  • Experience using web services : Redshift, S3, Spark, DigitalOcean, etc.
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.

Experience with advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.

and experience with applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive a project from a concept to completion.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
