Construction Project Manager : Final Cleaning
The Project Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and fostering a collaborative business partnership between USA Renovations and the customer.
This role will build, manage and execute sales plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) with the customer and work internally with cross-functional teams to execute, communicate and validate these plans.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing, coaching, developing, and driving accountability and sales growth within their respective division.
Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities :
- Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts / customers.
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
- Execute project scoping and manage scope for all projects.
- Assist and communicate with leadership in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Identify, scope, and drive critical projects and initiatives partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Recommend products and services that fit well with the client’s business needs.
- Manage the purchase order and invoicing process with third-party vendors.
- Serve as liaison between Production teams, senior leaders, and sales management, regarding sales performance, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, and planning / coordinating meetings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
- Create presentations and develop information packages in preparation for leadership meetings.
- Deliver business analytics, insights, and guidance to support business decision making.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 3+ years of previous experience in project management.
- Associate’s degree in business management, Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
- Safety, equipment operator, or OSHA certifications preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficient with Office 365 Products.
- Ability to read plan drawings and specifications.
- Proficiently navigate Windows OS.
- General knowledge of online plan rooms, CRM tools, and PM software (i.e. Procore).
- Some travel required (25%-30%).
- Availability to accept phone calls after hours required.
