Position Overview :

Optigy is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join a brand-new micro-hospital built in 2023 in Converse, TX. This modern facility offers a unique balance of a close-knit clinical environment with full inpatient capabilities and access to 24 / 7 emergency services.

ED Volume : 16,000 annual visits

Facility Type : Micro-hospital with 24 / 7 emergency and inpatient services

Coverage Model : 12-hour shifts with physician and APP support

Environment : Modern, streamlined facility with advanced diagnostic equipment

Qualifications :

o BC / BP in Emergency Medicine

o OR BC / BP in Family or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience

o Current certifications in ATLS, ACLS, and PALS

Compensation :

Base Compensation : $250-280 / hr (W2); $270-$300+ (1099)

Sign-On Bonus : $50,000

CME / BEA : $4,000 tax-free annually

New Grad Package : $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one

Employment Models : W-2 and 1099 available
